About T1T2 Transit Movement

T1T2 Transit Movement is a specialist customs service operated by PCSL (pcsl.uk.com), focused exclusively on T1 and T2 transit documents — nothing else.

Why a specialist?

Most UK customs brokers offer transit as one service among many — sitting alongside import declarations, export declarations, deferment accounts and safety & security filings. Transit usually ends up as the overlooked line on a long service list.

We took the opposite bet: narrow the scope until we know the T1 and T2 workflow better than anyone. That means IE015 submission, IE029 monitoring, TAD generation, guarantee coverage, Authorised Consignor support, Office of Departure/Destination liaison, and closing every movement before it becomes a CCTO enquiry.

The UK ↔ Türkiye corridor

Türkiye is a Common Transit Convention country, yet most UK brokers don\u2019t serve the lane actively — often because there\u2019s no Turkish-language service and the Türkiye side has to be coordinated separately. We built the site bilingual (EN + TR) from day one for that reason. UK-origin T1 to Türkiye, Turkish exporter onboarding, onward handoff to Turkish hauliers — handled in the shipper\u2019s language.

PCSL is an established UK customs infrastructure provider based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. That gives us the Customs Comprehensive Guarantee headroom, HMRC relationships and operational scale that a lone broker cannot match — while keeping the front-line focus narrow.

Pricing philosophy

We do not publish rates. Transit pricing depends on origin, destination, goods type, guarantee requirement, and volume. A published rate card would either be wrong for most jobs or artificially padded for the rest. Send the shipment details and we come back with an accurate quote.
