These terms apply to the T1T2 Transit Movement website and preliminary enquiries. Engagement for actual customs work is governed by a separate service agreement.

Content is provided for information only. Transit, guarantee and declaration rules change — always confirm with us in writing before acting on content.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or customs advice. Quotes, guides and FAQs are illustrative.

Intellectual property

Site copy, SVG logo and design are owned by PCSL (operator) and GRKN Studios (build). You may link freely; do not republish substantial sections without permission.

Limitation

We do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content. For engaged work, liability is set in the service agreement.
