The Office of Departure sets the movement in motion; the Office of Destination confirms it has arrived. Both points can throw up queries — risk rules, mismatched paperwork, sealed-container checks — and either can stall the truck if the broker isn’t responsive. We handle both ends: presenting the shipment correctly at departure, confirming discharge at arrival, and managing IE060 enquiries in between. When the route changes mid-movement we adjust via NCTS rather than let the TAD expire.
